AT-RISK STUDENTS: Across America’s hard-to-serve urban areas, public school students drop out of school in alarming numbers, and for those that do graduate, the road to post-secondary education is filled with obstacles.
Elevate Phoenix embraces these special kids and transforms their once doomed future into a potential prosperity.
HOW WE DO IT
We employ a holistic approach to meet each child’s needs. We provide full-time salaried teacher-mentors, year-round programming, cross-age mentoring and a long-term relational approach. Our four areas of focus are: accredited classes, mentoring, reading & literacy, graduation

What We Do

At-Risk Students
Across America’s hard-to-serve urban areas, public school students drop out of school in alarming numbers, and for those that do graduate, the road to post-secondary education is filled with obstacles.

Transforming Lives
Urban youth lack even one caring adult in their lives, leading directly to increased crime, gang activity and other roadblocks to self-sufficiency. Elevate Phoenix steps in to transform the lives of these students.

Hope Holders
The Elevate Phoenix model has proven effective in changing these trends and transforming the lives of our future leaders. We will continue to be Hope Holders until they can hold that hope for themselves.
Special Thank You to Our Sponsors
We couldn’t change as many lives as we do without your continued support.
