November is our designated month of gratitude, inviting our entire family of students, alumni, teacher-mentors, staff, board members, donors, and community partners to pause and reflect. In a world that moves at lightning speed, it is easy to overlook the small moments that change everything. A caring mentor who listens. An encouraging word when life feels overwhelming. An opportunity we never imagined possible. Someone who believed in us long before we believed in ourselves.

When we look back over the past decade, our gratitude is deeply personal. We think of students like Daniel, who walked into a high school classroom feeling completely lost and navigating life entirely on his own, only to find a lifelong family. We think of alumni like Malachi, who walked into an unconventional circle of chairs that felt like an intervention and discovered a network of support that carried him through the military and beyond.
That is the heartbeat of Elevate Phoenix. It is never just about a classroom curriculum or a single program. It is about a 24/7 relational mentorship model where young people find a safe haven, a dedicated teacher-mentor, and a community that refuses to let them fall. Because of your generosity and belief, our students achieve a 98% high school graduation rate, and 100% of graduating seniors establish concrete post-secondary plans
