At Elevate Phoenix, we are dedicated to transforming the lives of at-risk youth in our community. Through our holistic approach of mentorship, accredited classes, and post-secondary support, we empower students to overcome obstacles and achieve their dreams.
OUR IMPACT on Future Leaders
We partner with Phoenix Union High School District, which is the largest district in the state with over 30,000+ students. Our programs impact more than 5,500+ students annually (high school and K-8) in five pipelines with a 15-year proven program history in Phoenix, Arizona.

OUR programs
Elevate Phoenix’s 24/7/365 Approach to Mentorship and Education. We build a pipeline of Leaders from Elementary School to College and Career.
Discover Your Future (High School)
An accredited elective class teaching life skills and leadership. Teacher-mentors provide 24/7 support and long-term mentoring, guiding students toward graduation and their post-secondary plan.
MVP (Middle School Program)
Acclimates middle school students before high school through lunch mentoring and after-school programs. Teacher-mentors build crucial, early relationships to ensure a smooth transition to the next level.
Kiddos/MyOn (Elementary School)
Focuses on early literacy and leadership via cross-age mentoring, where high school students teach lessons. Students access the MyOn digital library to boost reading and knowledge.
Summer Camp (K-8)
A free, year-round component at partner schools providing continued learning and fun. It includes free meals and reinforces relationships between students and high school leaders.
R.I.S.E. (Summer Bridge into College)
The college summer program for high school graduates, in partnership with South Mountain Community College. Students earn six college credits and finalize their post-secondary plan for college, trade school, or career.
Alumni Program
A community for high school graduates to stay connected, give back, and pursue professional growth. Alumni meet for networking and workshops, often becoming future volunteers and board members.
