What’s Next….RISE!
Even as we close one chapter, exciting new ones are already in full swing! All of our summer programs have officially kicked off, starting with our fantastic R.I.S.E. Summer Bridge College Program!
We are absolutely thrilled to share that, thanks to our incredible partnership with Laptops 4 Learning, all of our new high school graduates who are now first-time college students received brand-new laptops for their next big step in their post-secondary journey. This essential tool will undoubtedly empower them as they navigate college coursework, research, and connect with their new academic communities.
But the summer excitement doesn’t stop there! All of our remaining high school students are stepping up as Junior Leaders for our summer kiddos camps. This is an incredible opportunity for them to sharpen their leadership skills and experience the powerful impact they make daily on the lives of over 300 elementary school children. We can’t wait to see the positive influence they’ll have on these young minds!
The R.I.S.E. program is more than just a summer initiative; it’s a vital college bridge designed specifically for our high school graduates. Offered in partnership with South Mountain Community College, RISE provides our students with a unique opportunity to earn college credits while thoughtfully exploring their post-secondary options. Whether their path leads them to continue with college, attend a trade school or certificate program, join the military, or step directly into the workforce, RISE helps them prepare for success.
